August 2026 Health/PA Navigate Cohort Call

We're excited to welcome Maria Welch, Director of Community Health and Social Needs at Geisinger, and Nicole Matrey, Senior Health Services Specialist at Geisinger, for our upcoming PA Navigate/SDOH cohort call.

Maria and Nicole will walk through Geisinger's own journey: how it started vs. how it's going, sharing honest lessons learned along the way.
