This webinar will be a deep dive exclusively for Community Action Agencies (CAAs) focused on the benefits of creating a central intake process for all programs and services. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the advantages of central intake, the operational planning and organizational changes involved. This session will also be an open forum where participants are encouraged to bring their questions, challenges, and best practices to share and learn from peers across the CAA network.
