Community Action Agencies are carrying a lot right now. Some changes are planned. Some are handed down. Some come with very little time, very little clarity, and a whole lot of emotion. 

Join change expert Debra Mitchell for Part 2 of this webinar and deep-dive series - When Change is Not Optional: Helping Teams Stay Ahead, Honesty, and Mission-Rooted. These sessions will give leaders and team members practical ways to talk about change, steady their teams, and keep people connected to the work without pretending it is easy. We will go deeper into everyday conversations, team reflection, and the small practices that help people keep moving when the ground keeps shifting.
