This webinar will address the benefits of community based organizations creating a central intake process for all of their programs and services. Moderated by Karin VanZant, the panelists will share the overall process their organizations implemented as they moved from a service or program intake to an overall centralized approach to intake for all customers and participants coming through their doors.  Participants in this webinar will have a better understanding of the benefits of central intake, the operational planning and reorganizations needed to move towards central intake and lessons learned by CBO leaders who have successfully made the change.
