To build off of our knowledge as marketing and development professionals of uniform guidance, we are going to dig into the need to knows about what it means to be a designated Community Action Agency, what it means and how to communication about CSBG fund recipients, and more. Often we are faced with questions in the community about what being a CAA or CSBG designated organization and how to build talking points and a communications plan around highlighting these in our stories, and how to handle conversations with other organizations requesting information in our communities about CSBG funds.
